Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
Preparation

Melt Crisco, then add milk; set aside.
Add all other ingredients together, except flour.
Pour in milk and Crisco, then add flour.
Knead well.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll 1/4-inch thick, spread with oleo and cut pie shaped.
Roll each piece up, starting at large end.
Place on cookie sheet.
May be frozen.
Take out what you want to cook. Let rolls rise before baking.
