Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. coconut or 1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender.
Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
