Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
3/4 c. chopped onion (or a little less)
1 c. grated American cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can or 1 c. water chestnuts
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix together vegetables, onions, cheese, mayonnaise and chestnuts. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix margarine and Ritz crackers together; put on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
Makes 1 quart casserole dish.
