Cheesy Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add very warm water to flour mixture.
    Mix until almost smooth.
    Knead on floured surface 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cover dough and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Divide dough into 2 parts with well floured or greased fingers; press each half into greased 12-inch pizza pan, forming a rim around edge.
    Spread half of sauce over dough.
    Put on toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edge is crisp and brown and cheeses are melted.
