Chocolate Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
    Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well.
    Place unwrapped chocolate in microwave dish. Melt; stir melted chocolate into coconut mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 1 inch apart.
    Bake 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
