Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Set oven to 425\u00b0.
Place water and butter into pan.
Heat to a rolling boil.
Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat.
Add 1 egg at a time and beat in thoroughly until mixture is smooth and glossy.
Drop from tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, 3 to 4-inches apart.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and dry.
Let cool slowly on rack, away from drafts.
