Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 shredded carrot
    1 shredded onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3 to 4 boiled, cut up squash (yellow or zucchini), well drained
Preparation
    Saute butter and stuffing.
    Spread half in casserole dish, mix other ingredients and spoon on top of stuffing mixture.
    Then top with other half of stuffing mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
