Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corkscrew macaroni
2 small carrots, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 c. kidney beans
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. English peas
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
1/8 tsp. pepper
lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
Preparation
-
Cook macaroni accordingly to package directions.
Drain and combine next 11 ingredients and toss well.
Chill at least one hour and spoon into lettuce leaves.
Arrange tomato slices and egg wedges around edges and garnish with parsley.
