Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    9 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. hash browns, cooked in oven until done
Preparation
    Mix eggs, half and half and mustard in a bowl.
    Butter one side of white bread and place it in a 9 x 13-inch pan buttered side down.
    Put cooked hash browns on top of bread.
    Put cooked sausage on top of hash browns.
    Put cheese on top of sausage. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for approximately 1 hour.
    Prepare the night before and bake in the
    morning.
