Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Stew Beef - brown in fry pan
6 - 8 Carrots, sliced
6 - 8 Potatoes, sliced
1 large Onion, sliced
3 - 4 stalks of Celery, sliced
1 Bay Leaf
2 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix (1 box)
2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
Preparation

Cook all of above ingredients slowly for 2 - 4 hours.
