Caramel Corn(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 batches microwaved popcorn
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a big saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Cook together until bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 teaspoon baking soda (it will \"erupt\").
    Pour mixture over popcorn in vegetable oil sprayed pan.
    (Use turkey roaster top and bottom if you have one.)
    Cook for 1 hour at 200\u00b0 (stir every 15 minutes). Remove and dump on wax paper.
