Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) chunk white tuna, drained
    1 c. (8 oz.) each kidney beans and whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    4 large tomatoes (fresh)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, flake tuna and combine with beans, corn, cheese, dressing and onion. Cover and chill for an hour. Core tomatoes and carefully take out part of the center, making a shallow bowl. Drain tomatoes upside down on a paper towel. Cut each tomato in 5 to 6 wedges almost to the bottom, but leaving intact. Gently open each tomato and fill with tuna mixture. Serve with favorite cracker or chips, pickles and/or lettuce wedges.
