Dill Pickles(Kosher Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 to 36 Kirby cucumbers or other small cucumbers (3 to 4 inches long)
6 c. cider or distilled white vinegar or 6 c. water
3/4 c. canning salt
fresh or dried dill weed
garlic cloves, halved
mustard seed
Preparation
-
Wash and rinse six 32 ounce jars and their closures.
Keep jars and closures immersed in separate kettles of hot water until you are to use.
