Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 large onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
Spray pan.
Put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onion, salt, pepper and margarine in pan until all ingredients are used.
Mix soup with milk and pour over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more.
