Mexican Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 beaten egg yolk
    3 c. squash, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Heat the sour cream, cheese, egg yolk, butter, salt and chives.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Top with dry bread crumbs, dots of butter and grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
