Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice (not instant)
    2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1 cut up chicken or legs, thighs, etc.
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Butter an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Spread rice in pan; place chicken over rice, skin side up.
    Mix orange juice, sherry and mushroom soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Remove cover last 1/2 hour of baking to brown.
