Quick Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine vegetables. Gently blend into the salad. Serve immediately. Yields 8 servings.
