Swiss Alpine Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
2 c. cubed cooked ham (1/2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine cheese and flour.
Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in the pie shell.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning ingredients; pour over mixture. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
