Shoepeg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 can green beans
    1 can wax beans
    1 pkg. frozen tiny peas (10 oz.)
    1 purple onion
    1 green pepper
    3/4 c. canola oil
    3/4 c. sugar (may use 1/2 c.)
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain beans.
    Mix in large bowl with chopped onion, pimento and green pepper.
    Mix oil, sugar and vinegar.
    Add to beans with thawed peas and pepper.
    Marinate at least 8 hours.
    Great to double for picnic or dinner.
