Kiesh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury dairy case pie crust
    4 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. each: Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
    little Worcestershire sauce
    1 doz. eggs
    10 slices cubed white bread
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. milk
    1 lb. cubed breakfast sausage (precooked)
    Canadian bacon or ham
    salt and pepper to taste
    sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and chopped green pepper (you can also add)
Preparation
    Place cubed bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add meat and any of the extras.
    Beat eggs with milk and salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread and meat and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If making in 2 smaller pans, shorten the baking time.
