Blender Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    rind of 1 lemon, grated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Blend until smooth in blender.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue.
