Spinach In Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peppers (red, yellow or green)
    2 pkg. frozen Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove insides and fill with souffle.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in buttered casserole for 30 minutes.
