Cauliflower In Hot Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/2 tsp. flour
1/4 c. skim milk
1/8 tsp. paprika
dash of garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Lightly steam cauliflower until tender, but still crisp.
In saucepan, mix together skim milk and flour.
Cook on low to medium heat until sauce thickens.
Add paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to saucepan with milk mixture; stir thoroughly.
Add cheese and stir to blend.
Place cauliflower on a serving platter and top with the sauce.
Sprinkle paprika over top for garnish effect.
Recipe may be doubled.
