Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper diced
2 c. onion diced
1 1/2 c. celery diced
1 16 oz. can tomatoes crushed
1 8 oz. can chili beans slightly mashed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. masa flour
Preparation

Brown beef, green pepper, onion and celery.
Add tomatoes, chili beans and seasoning.\tCook for 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced olives and hot sauce.
