Low-Fat Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chilies
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Puree crushed tomatoes; add remaining ingredients and then refrigerate at least 1 hour to properly blend all flavors.
