Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. squash
1 lb. sausage
1/2 to 1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion
Preparation

Cook onion and squash together.
Cook squash until done. Drain water off.
Cook and drain sausage.
Mix squash and sausage together, then mix mushroom soup until it is not dry.
Put all these together, then sprinkle either crushed potato chips or crackers over the top.
Then put cheese on top of that.
Put in oven until cheese melts.
