Tuna Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans flat anchovies in oil, rinsed carefully
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (29 oz.) can Italian tomatoes, crushed
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    pepper to taste
    2 large (12 oz.) cans tuna fish in oil
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until lightly browned.
    Add rinsed anchovies and stir.
    Anchovies will become pasty.
    Add tomato paste, 2 cans (paste) of water, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes; also parsley and pepper.
    Slow simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Then add tuna; mix well and simmer another 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti or fettucini.
