Frozen Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice

Preparation

Butter a pie pan well and sprinkle fine graham cracker crumbs into pan.
Shake to cover buttered surface well.
