Green Beans (Middle Eastern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion (per can of beans)
    3 cans beans (Argor or Del Monte), rinsed and drained
    1 can crushed whole tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in a little oil.
    Put tomatoes in after sauteed onions; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add green beans after sauteing; add salt and pepper.
    Simmer a couple of hours.
    Keep adding water so mixture does not dry and burn.
