Italian Creme Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar and egg yolks.
    Add flour, buttermilk, oil, baking soda and vanilla.
    Fold in coconut, nuts and beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
