Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9-inch) pastry crust

Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and flour.
Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
Add apples and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
