Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. skim milk
    1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1/4 c. raw white rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In lightly greased casserole (1 1/2-quart), combine all ingredients.
    Bake, uncovered, stirring frequently for 1 hour.
    Complete cooking time is 2 1/2 hours.
