Old Virginia Fresh Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peaches
    2 c. sugar
    2 qt. rich cream
Preparation
    Pare and stone 1 quart of very soft peaches. Add to them 2 cups of sugar and mash them thoroughly. When ready to freeze, add 2 quarts of rich cream. (Freeze in a hand-turned freezer.) When frozen, this will fill a dish holding 4 quarts.
