Red Beans & Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans red beans
1 stalk celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
5 dashes hot sauce
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 lb. smoked sausage
hot rice
Preparation

Mix first 14 ingredients in a large pot.
Cook over low heat for one hour and serve over hot cooked rice.
