Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
2 glasses water
cheese, shredded
chopped onion
tortillas corn or flour
Preparation

Cook and drain hamburger.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Add water. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stirring as needed.
Brown tortillas on both sides.
Fill with filling.
Roll and lay in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cheese and onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
