Swiss Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    4 chicken cutlets
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cut each cheese slice in half.
    Place on each cutlet. Starting with a short end, roll cutlet.
    Tie if necessary. Combine flour and pepper.
    Coat cutlets.
    Melt butter over medium heat; add cutlets.
    Cook until golden, about 3 minutes.
    Add broth, wine and oregano.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until chicken is cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes.
    Place on dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
