Easy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. chili powder or to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown beef over medium-high heat.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Continue to cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 2 hours or until the macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
