Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 to 2 lb. cubed steak
    1 jar Heinz brown gravy with onions
    1 onion
    meat tenderizer
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces; roll in flour, salt, pepper and meat tenderizer.
    Brown steak in skillet with oil.
    Slice onion over steak.
    Turn heat down; pour gravy over steak.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until steak is tender.
    Onion may be omitted.
