Low-Fat Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
Preparation

Cut up chicken, cutting breasts into halves crosswise and discarding skin and fat.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Brush chicken with yogurt, coating each piece with bread crumbs. Spray pan with Pam.
Put chicken in pan; try not to touch pieces together.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is brown and tests done.
