No-Bother Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes yeast (dry)
1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil or shortening
1 tsp. salt (full)
2 c. water
8 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve dry yeast in
lukewarm
water\tplus 1 teaspoon sugar. Mix sugar, vegetable oil or shortening and salt with 2 cups water; heat to melt
sugar\tand
salt.
Cool to lukewarm. Mix yeast with sugar and oil
mixture; stir into flour to make a soft dough.
Not much kneading is needed after flour absorbs liquids. Let rise for 1
hour
or
until
double.
Form
into even-size balls and let rise\tuntil double on sheet pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
