Bread (Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. softened shortening
1 c. warm water
1 egg, well beaten
2 1/4 c. bread flour

Preparation

In a large bowl sprinkle dry yeast.
Add sugar, salt and shortening.
Stir.
Then add water and egg.
Beat dough quick with spoon 25 strokes.
Cover bowl with towel and let rise for 2 to 4 hours.
Push down.
Add enough flour to handle.
Knead gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pinch off and make into rolls.
Place into baking pan and let rise 2 hours or more.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
