Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 to 3 anchovies
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 medium head romaine lettuce
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    fresh made croutons
Preparation
    Make a paste of garlic, pepper, dry mustard and anchovies. Blend in egg (Egg Beaters may be used).
    Stir in oil and lemon juice.
    Toss romaine lettuce.
    Add Parmesan cheese and croutons.
