Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 potatoes
1 pkg. powdered Italian dressing
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. cheese, shredded

Preparation

Boil potatoes with jackets on.
Peel as soon as possible; mash up.
Add sour cream and cheese; save a little cheese to put on top.
Add the Italian seasoning; mix well.
Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top; bake until cheese is melted.
