Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    5 medium apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix dry ingredients with sugar mixture.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Pour cake batter into a tube pan suitable for microwave.
    Microwave at High 14 to 15 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes cooking time.
    Cool in pan. Serves 8 to 10.
