Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 oz. Blue cheese (optional)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Blend butter, flour, salt, cream cheese and Blue cheese in a saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until smooth.
    Cook broccoli; drain. Do not overcook.
    Fold broccoli into cheese mixture.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
