Dietetic Grape Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 grain saccharine
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. unsweetened grape juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water; add saccharine.
    Bring 1 cup grape juice to a boil in saucepan; add to gelatin.
    Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Add the remaining grape juice, lemon juice, rind and salt.
    Pour into jelly glasses; cool.
    Cover with lid or aluminum foil.
    Store in refrigerator.
