Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (24 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
    4 eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. coconut
    juice of 1 orange or 1/4 c. frozen
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 15.
