Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. mashed potatoes
2 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs (hard or toasted)
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. fried salt pork, diced
1 1/2 tsp. sage
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
This is a special occasion dish and is enough stuffing for a large turkey.
