Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yellow squash
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blanch squash whole until you can push a fork into it (do not cook too long).
    Drain and cool squash.
    Slice squash lengthwise; scrape out the meat with a spoon, leaving just a shell.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Fill squash shells with mixture; heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.
