Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 beef bouillon or 2 vegetable cubes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Saute onion and green pepper approximately 2 minutes.
    Return meat to skillet. Add tomatoes and bouillon cube(s).
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Blend together cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Simmer until tender (5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
